I ordered a pair of shoes from converse india website and it did not come till not but money from the account was charged and I have got no updates about my order I emailed them many times but no respond...

I got a watch from converse where the watch is entirely damaged but there is no response from bag it today if this consumer portal doesn't respond for the customers why will you people open this portal.My order number is 15817.Help us out or this indian cosumer complaints guys announce in public that we are tied with bag it today for this corruption.Dont cheat public if you people are cultured.Hope i got response...
