I have purchased a server from crazydomain. Plan Name : Premium Shared Hosting. With every hosting server whether it is shared or vps or dedicated, there should be SSL Manager. But they disabled the features and using at their end. And when we need SSL for our site they are asking our private information. Its a crime.
If you check with anyone hosting provider, all are giving the access.But Crazydomains not bcoz...

for 5-6 days they not activated any of my order because of EPP error in there system.

after 5-6 days i registered that domain names from somewhere else.

and now 15 days passed they not refunded any money to me. when i tried to contact them they said amount already refunded.
