I have worked 6 months as a sr. Software engg. With this company (Cs datamation research services pvt ltd). But this company pay salary after 20-25th date of every month.
Means 20-25 days delay every month.
After 6 month i got good job then i have regain here with proper documentation.
But chetan sharma (Ceo) is not clear my full and final settlement as salary also.
Now today is 23 oct 2018.
He is not give my salary for the month of may 18.
This is totally fake company and always change address also. Whatever new employee join and worked for 1 or 2 moths then he will not pay salary on time and make more tourcher.
Means 20-25 days delay every month.

My epf amount not paid company
My name is mukesh kumar sharma. We are worked in company procter axis bank in the jaipur, but my company cs datamation research services pvt ltd in pay roll. My working period des.2014 to march 2015, epf ka pura process kiya is but nothing process my epf continue fellow last 10 months. Sir please apse mire request hai mera epf dilwa do sir please my employee no. As09257.

Mai HDFC me Job Karta tha but mai cs Datamation Research Services Pvt Ltd ke pay roll pay tha Des.2014 me job chhod diya or Epf ka pura process kiya is baat ko kam se kam 7 months ho gaye but abhi tak muze mera PF nahi mila. Sir please aapse meri request hai mera EPF dilwa do sir please

COMPLAINT AGANIST CS DATAMATION

This is to inform you that I had worked in cs Datamation Research Services Pvt Ltd ( IDEA CELLULAR PROJECT, COCHIN, KERALA ) from[protected] to[protected] . I had resigned from company on 30-october -2014 because they informed as, they are closing their project by November -2014. After my resignation I checked with my management regarding the status of my salary from Sep-15 to October 30, and my EPF, company is not giving the actual feedback and till now my salary not credited in my account.
so i kindly request you to do the needful in this serious issue and expecting a positive reply at the earliest.
We 45 employees are working in this firm and altogether raise complaint against

NOT PAID SALARY & PF
I am working in this firm cs Datamation Research Services Pvt Ltd from[protected] to 15 – 11 -2014 .I have resigned from company on 15-november -2014 because they informed as, they are closing their project by November -2014 .As per provident fund the company is liable to the P[censored]p to our resignation. When I checked by EPF balance the statement is seems that the my EPF is paid up to October -2012 .I request you to check the my EPF account and make arrangement to release the EPF due to me as per EPF rules & Not paid salary to all empaloyes upto 60 days ..

Fake company. Not paying salary to employees

Now a days Software Companies are just seducing Freshers and Software Developers or Software Engineers. In such case how can a fresher/employee can believe on Software Company.
Now a days, You can find too many small companies in India. In delhi there are about 1000 to 2000 small companies who just hiring the freshers and after taking work from him or after getting benefit from the fresher. They just throw them out from the Company without paying him Salary.
Such a Company is cs Datamation Research Services private limited, which is located at plot 1 and plot 3, hasanpur, New Delhi.
Datamation company is just hiring the persons and after taking work for two three months, company throw out the employee without paying him salary.
Till now there are more than fifteen cases had been caught about cs datamation research services company that is datamation company. And because these are the just simple employees, having not good background. So they are not able to go into the labour court and also datamation research company is not giving any joining letter or offer letter that employee can make complaint.
But how much time it will be continue going on?
Is there no one in government who can keep an eye on such seducing companies?
Or Government is also corrupt, just taking few money and leave such companies? Mr. Chetan Sharma (CEO) has good relation with government members and also very good relation with RBI. So if you will file any case against him, then only you will get defeated and Mr. Chetan Sharma will always win because of his good government relations and money.
It is a big Question.
Any Way Freshers/ Experienced Software Developers/ Programmers/ Designers be careful before applying for any job position in Datamation.
Because if you will apply, you will get no Salary and always get demotivate from Mr. Chetan Sharma.
There is no future in such company.

Complaint marked as Resolved I would like to mark this complain as resolve to give this company a chance to grow more. I think this company had suffered a lot. I know Mr. Chetan's behavior will never change, and may be there is still a rule of salary paying in 60 days that means you will get the salary of 30 days only.
I want to delete this complain as I deleted from other places. But unfortunately there is no way to delete it from here. So wish you good luck datamation.
I have only one suggestion for you datamation, be good with employees and employee will give you good.
Trust is a big thing, without trust we can't step forward.

From that day till today I have to take 02 months salary 01 monthsJuny salary and July salary he regularely told me he will clear in 02 -03 days but I dont think he is in mood of paying it to me, .?

Yes, i am 100% agree. Mr. Chetan Sharma did not paid my two months salary. i was working on 9000 Rs per month. he had given me offer letter and after developing 2, 3 websites from me, he just terminated me without paying my Salary to me. he is so flirt and cheat person.
Its very true about "The Datamation". I am using "The" because Datamation symbolizes cheapness, shrewdness, worst place to work with, paying Rs. 5 and ask to work for worth of Rs. 5000. And i[censored] work for whole night and 24*7, it is not the guarantee that Mr. Chetan Sharma will be happy with you. He give you to work on some projects and give deadline for the very next day or 2. without providing any additional support. start this project with 0 and complete 100 percent in day or two. In Datamation the whole work done. When i joined this company i got my first salary after 2 months after asking so many times, it is not only my story but whole employees story.Work environment is very irritating and frustrating. And i left this company in 3 months only by donating my 1 month salary to Datamation and Sole cheater Mr. Chetan Sharma. So i request you i[censored] don't spoil your career in future, plz, plz, plz don't join this company, it is better to beg as beggar but don't go for it.
These comments are totally absurd and untrue. The people who have made these complaints have worked for a period of 1-2 months. They treated the organisation as a training centre and wanted to learn things at company's cost. When they could not deliver things they started absconding from their work. Due to this there was a delay in clearing their dues. However, we have cleared all his pending dues and this company do not owe even a single rupee against this person. Datamation group is in business for last 20 years and we work with almost all multinational and other govt organisations. We have a staff strength of about 1500 people all over India and average tenure of an employee is 4-5 years which is very high in this industry. Kindly do not get misled by these false statements.
I am agree with the comment from datamation. I am with datamation from last 5 years and there are no any such type of problem I have ever face in this organisation.

SKYMET WEATHER SERVICES PVT LTD which is the company of atmospheric domain is under the same category. The CEO Mr Jatin Singh used to hire the candidates by own self. After hiring candidates treating like such a way that within 6 month he will make them VP. But all fake easily come true when within 6 month candidate is out without any notice period or any written text. Mr Jatin Singh (CEO) hired good scientist from reputed organizations on good package and all are weeping when their No will come to see the road. He has done this cheater type activity with some scientist and she was really weeping. Jatin singh generally use to give some interview to media like India TV, AAj Tak etc about rain, temperature...that is 90 % fake . In the company all the pirated software is being used for computation purpose.

Seems to be a comment from a frustated job seeker. Since we are associated with this company as a client for last 15 years, we know that how their employees are treated. I understand that they have got more than 50% staff who are working with them for more than 5 years. Do not understand that if they are not paid, then how come they are working with the company for these many years. All of the 30 member team of this company who are associated with our project, have only good things to talk about the management.
Behaviuour of mr sharma is not upto the mark he always demoralize his employees.
Frustrating company, if you have no work at all, them also please do not go to them.

The above said stories may be interesting to read for few peoples but totally fake and pathetic.being an HR of Datamation I appose any such circumstances/references where the company have any dues pending from any such employee. Few may refer the cases where Datamation did not clear the full&final due to no enough notice given by such employees.

I'm with cs Datamation last 2 years. During that period i didn't face like these problems as some people have discussed above. Mr. Sharma is very cooperative and try to sole all your issues. He didn't never hold any body salary during my tenure.

I am with datamation since past 3 months and very much comfortable with the work culture. There is no issue till date as some of the reviews given above. Delayed in salary occasionally is a part of corporate, but it does not means the company is fake.
I'm a software programmer in cs Datamation since last 7 months and I did not face any salary problem. Also company manager hear my issues (if I’m having any) and try to solve them. They are also very cooperative and helpful by nature.

It might be possible that Chetan Sharma (CEO Datamation) got changed in this 4-6 year. But before that when I was working with him. He got to use very bad tactics with employees, this is not the case only with me. It happens with few more employees as well.
I was working at client side at some govt. project. He is a kind of pshyco person at that time. My job was to first go to cs datamation office(to mark IN attendance) and then go to govt client side Lodhi Rd, New Delhi at 10a.m. then work there till 6p.m. and then come back to CS datamation office (for OUT attendance) and then go to home.
It was 40 days past, I was working with him when I told him my problem to pay me some amount of my salary but rather than paying my salary he (Mr. Chetan Sharma) flout me in-front of few other Manager and external personnel.
After few days I asked him about my appointment letter . And then after 10 days one day afternoon (when I was on the leave) he just sent an "termination" email to me.
Next day when I went to office, their intention was that I will ask Sorry from them and request them to keep me on the job but why should I have to ask Sorry while I didn't did any mistake from my side?
I said I am fine with the termination, just give me my relieving letter and salary. They asked to come at month end. After month completion they keep giving excuses of different things rather than paying my salary and relieving letter. They bothered me till 6 months.
They neither paid my salary nor my relieving letter.
Guys. This post is not to make a bad impression about any company. This was a complaint and also to make aware others about such companies.
If you are sure that now CS datamation is performing good, then no one can stop that company to grow.

I am saravanan and i worked in nafed tuticorin as a junior accountant in datamation as a contract labour for 1 year from june 2011to june 2012 .I got my salary correctly but they are not settling my pf amount. Totally 3 years passed away there is no response i have send the requiring documents on oct'2012.Till now they are not passing the documents to EPFO.
Till now there is no response for phone calls also.shall i go fr a complaint against datamation to simply passing the document.

Saravanan, small company don't pass the document to EPFO. You need to go personally to submit the document in datamation. They will either sign your document at once or will ask you to come after some days to collect the documents. And then you need to go EPFO to submit your withdrawal documents.
This is the process of every small and middle level company.
Try the above procedure, if they are declining to help you as per above procedure then you can file an RTI in EPF to check the balance and to know the procedure of withdrawal without company signature/approval.

Saravanan, small company don't pass the document to EPFO. You need to go personally to submit the document in datamation. They will either sign your document at once or will ask you to come after some days to collect the documents. And then you need to go EPFO to submit your withdrawal documents.

Datamation is fake company So many peoples are worked with Chetan Sharma he cheat every one and not depositing EPF ESIC and also not paying gratuity and also after leaving job he is denying to know his x-employee's
I been Worked with Datamation, first of all they are not research company they are fooling in the name of research.
I been in SBI Card oN there rolls in 2003 they deducted PF and ESI now they say they lost it, it is ridiculous also they have to pay overtime for 52 days. Similarly they have to pay 7500 for Max newyork life tenure which they held saying no money with company which again I found false.
So in SBI card in IT OPERATION and in. MaX New york life in renewals both places my performance was good and I been appreciated.
So the claim by Datamation that people want to learn is rubbish claim there is nothing to learn rather these people are thieves who are still After me to steal my research materials. That is this thug company all about
