How to solver this problem please suggest me

We submitting adhar proof and also we taking bio metric authentication but still its shows this error and also we submitting the additional address proof copy also please we are waiting for your response we facing same problem of lot of application is pending as same reason sir
Uid authentication biometric match and poi/poa/pdob proof given as copy of aadhaar
