I am a student of Dayanada Sagar College of Engineering Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore. I recently finished my 1st year but I wished to cancel my admission after my first year at the college in order to seek admission in a different college.

Dear Sir/Mam
I was appointed a seat in DSI a couple of months back under PGCET, now due to certain reasons ill not be able to continue the course . They are demanding me to pay fees for all the 4semesters in-order for them to give back my marks-sheet .
Why should i pay the remaining fee, if i am alloted a seat under PGCET(CMAT)...
