Damage of clothes due to poor quality of colour used for your trousers

I have purchased shirts and trousers (3 pairs) of D’cot brand from one of the showrooms in Thane (West) called R Mall in the month of March 2024. After using one of the trousers and after washing it in the washing machine with other clothes, it is observed that, the colour of the said trouser has given way. Due to this, the other clothes with this trouser are got damaged i.e. the colour of this trouser was spread on these cloths. This has happened second time for the said trouser. The photograph of the said trouser and other damaged clothes are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
It is requested to reply as to why poor quality of colours is used for the trouser by your company which is causing damage to other clothes. I am not able to wear/use these clothes due to this. This has caused embarrassment and financial loss to me. If you fail to reply for the same, I will refer the matter to consumer forum which may please be noted.

There is scheme going one which is buy 2 get 7.
Under this they charge price of top two. Today (15/08/2023), I bought 7 articles and mistakenly they scanned wrong product with high amount and later when I asked them to change the bill as per selected articles they refused.
They charged my INR 100 extra and to rectify they pull tag and sticker from other article and attach to my product means they are adopting unfair trade practice.
Store is of Phase 7, Mohali.

I have purchase some item from your D cot showroom, Neemrana branch but 120 rupees overpaid on 07/01/2023 in the name of Om Prakash Gupta from Dharmendra kumar by mistake. D cot branch manager said I have no statement for this transaction. I am going to your neemrana branch continue from 3 days but there is not response for this.

Quality issues
Bought three jeans pants from your Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) Store on December 1st week, whose length I got 39.5".I wore those three pants and the fitting of those three pants was very good, But one of the pants has lost its fit after the first wash.
Fitting o[censored]nder side leg opening/button Him has deteriorated.Pant are badly shrunk at the cross/crutch point.
Which is no longer wearable at all, that to after the first wash. Please solve it.

Store is not replacing or giving a refund for a product I purchase

I purchased a pant from a D'cot store located on Kanadia road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh a month ago on 8th April. The fabric was so bad that after I wore it for the first time to my office, threads cam out from the hips/thighs side of the pants. They are asking me for a bill which I lost. But as it was a computer-generated bill I know for sure that they can help me with this. But they are not cooperating with me.
Kindy help me get my money back or I will have to chose other means in order to get my money back.

Three pants got tint only one month

Cloth quality and employee misbehaviour

Dear sir/madaM, I bought 5 cloths for D'cot showroom in aliganj sector P lucknow uttar pardesh..out of 5 cloths 2 white shirts got shrink.when i called to the store they denied from helping me and shop employee/owner who was over call was talking like a goon ...try to say ki you dont know whom ur talking...this worst behaviour i ever seen.they have pathetic service...strict action should be taken...bad quality of cloths.

I have having an issue related to staff on store

I' m from Shivpuri (M.P). Today I went to d'cot store in my city there I asked for offers then they said me buy 1 get 1 free and on purchase of single item 50% off but the have not tell me about 1 more offer that buy 5 on cost of 2. And I have shopped at the time of bill they made bill after this I got to know about this offer actually I bought 5 items due to budget I have returned 1 item but they haven't tell me about offer by this I have occured loss so please help me this is ur staff fault.

Shirt / staff miscommunication and misbehave

Dear sir/madam, harish from nawanshahr state punjab l buy one shirt from your showroom at dcot nawanshahr punjab, im purchased a shirt on dated 4/12/20 shirt's colour faint after 4/5 washing I went to change the same, and purchased new cloth on the time of purchasing your staff saying we are change your shirt and come to store next day when i come today he saying company refused the same and misbehave with me. Im regular customer of dcot and on dated 7/4/21 im purchsed clothes of rupees 4090/- I m very disappointed from the service of your store staff kindly resolve my issue and take action on staff he saying im the owner of the store kindly resolve issue on urgent basis other wise in future I will not recommend d cot product.
