On 19th September 2023 I had order my items from company's website. But I didn't get delivery of the same .
I had make online payment by keeping trust on company. I tried to contact customer care but they also avoided my call..I had send mail for my query but no reply from their side..Company is doing fraud with customer by receiving online payment and not delivering the order. They should compensate...

I ordered the items on 26th september. But i haven't received them. I have emailed to the company support multiple times at email, chat, contact us form but i have received no reply yet. I have also waited for a long time, but since then there is no reply.

Since the company is unresponsive,...

I had placed an order with delight foods on 17 june 2017, order no.[protected]. Today when i checked for order status, it says 'abandoned'. I have not been notified of this earlier nor has any money been refunded.

Kindly look into this and ensure that my money is refunded asap. As a regular paytm user i expect some guarantee and protection from yourselves for the money transaction through paytm....
