Very poor service. I was assured by 5th of July, 2018 goods will be received. Even after 10 days, i have not received. Not only this, the concerned person does not take the call and no information given. They have poor customer centricity. This creates a doubt on the genuinèness of the service. Not trustworthy. I wonder how they are running this business. Very poor and would not recommend to even an enemy....

Shifting some goods recently from Chennai to Theni through this packers .they confirmed through phone one amount and loaded the goods from my house with high amount after bargaining for 1-2 hours and they took the goods and loaded it in their Chennai hub once we called asking them whether the goods has reached Theni they asked for Rs.1500 to release the goods from Chennai Hub to Theni.Till now I have not received my goods from them and they...
