Please provide subtitles for star vijay tamil serials

Today 899/- amount has been cut from my bank account for disney+ hotstar subscription without my permission.
Request you to please return my amount as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that my Disney + hotstar online streaming subscription ended suddenly though I have purchased subcription for year on October 1st 2022, but unfortunately my annual subscription ended and dissappeared as per Disney + hotstar team. I do have valid proofs like my bank statement and confirmation message which I have received after purchasing subscription successfully and note that I have used same for one month after that I lost my subcription.

Strage part here is Disney + hotstar team dont even have my purchase details and also informed that no details of mine exists in their database.

Subscription charge deducted...but not showing live match...in the subscription the have promised

Cook with comali show not aired the content for premium content user. The show is not aired for VIP and premium content user as it is Telecasted on TV. I paid 1300+ as subscription amount and not seen the final show which was telecasted. We do not have any vijay tv channels as we use hotstar app and the app doesnot provide any live channels. The premium account is said to be a before TV and this episode is not even after TV. I would like to quote a few things.
1. Dissatisfaction and the intention of this decision to launder money by revenue.
2. If they do not trust their content and data privacy is a concern on using this OTP platform.
3. The app shall be banned is they are charging the customer and illicit with the virtual tag line of before TV's
4.There is a delay for the live content show as well

Disney+hotstar ott service advertise to stream all tv serials 12 hours before telecast for its vip members. But now it is doing the same only 2-3 hours before telecast of most of its bengali serials. This is breach of trust and fraud to the consumers. Ott streaming vip service is paid service, but company is treating it a free service and taking no action to maintain the timeline. Wrote to their top management without any improvement of service.
