Sir,
I am tm mathew, superannuation date 30 nov 16 and pensioner number p02052. An amount of rs.76403/- has been withheld from my dcrg on account of adjustment towards unassessed dues. The stipulated period of 6 months for release of the amount expired on 01 may 17. It is earnestly requested to release the amount at an early date to my pension bank account at iob chengannur branch.
