I have booked e-ticket today[protected] in 12130 Azad Hind Express from HOWRAH to PUNE for[protected] on 3tier AC . My money was deducted from my BANK OF INDIA bank account through VISA DEBIT CARD. I got the message by the bank of amount Rs2010 has been deducted for IRCTC, but unfortunately ticket & PNR No is not generated at irctc sites which shows "SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR TRANSACTION". i had also taken a screenshot....

sir,my irctc login id: vinit_dah.It is locked.I can't access my account.....
First name: vineet, Last name:dahiya.
Add: 28,puja bunglows,Nr.supath row house,on Adalaj highway road,chandkheda.
Ahmedabad.
