I have booked a 1195sq ft apartment on 4 th floor in August 2010 and made payment as per builder requirement. Though, builder has promised to start construction in Aug 2010 itself, same started in Jan 2011. Now, the builder has changed the floor plan and has not been responding properly. If a company "not even properly established" is handling its customers like this, then god knows what will be its future...They are not even bothered that their first ever project itself is stuck...

hi,i have booked a flat in reath towne 995 sq ft g noida,i already paid 10% of booking amount and rest i have applied for loan.my loan has sanctioned but they are not disbursing my 2nd instalment because earth towne building map has not passed from the g noida authority.
can anyone tell me when it will get pass becuase 2 month earlier eart towne send me a
letter asking for my 2nd installment....
