Earth Towne — Fraud

I booked a flat in 2010 in earth towne.i have been cheated by the executives of earth infra structure.they every time given wrong commitments and at last they suggested to shift another unit against the cancellation of previous unit without detected any amount, NO BBA is released, Now when I again booked new Unit at 2015 they given the assured mailed from official mail ID regarding not any amount deduction against my Previous Unit and new unit Price.
But again when i received the ch against my cancelled Unit is deducted amount of 20%. But we are in Trouble face, so i agreed but second time when I received BBA against my new booked Unit. Then It has Price Difference almost 3.5 Lakh above of my agreed Price (as I have Mail from Earth Official Mail ID), Now they again not given any response and calling and mailing me for rest payments. I am Really fed up Pls let me Know What to do now.
We also planning to raised FIR and Legal Case on this Builder. This is totally fraud Builder.
