THIS is for your kind information that I have have filed TDS on dated 28.04.2022 but now till date refund amount did not come. Refund is genuine because we booked a ticket with family but 2 ticket have been confirmed instead of 3 ticket in which 1 was not confirmed which is belong to my son age of 14 year so we could not travel without leaving. sir, i feel ashamed to travel with a valid ticket in 12569, jynagar-delhi garib rath, as most of people were traveling without valid tickets, some have even not have tickets.there was no rpf or grp in train, due to this valid ticket holder have to suffer.please provide checking squad with force for garib rath 12569 between darbhanga and patna.so that valid ticket holders have not to suffer....
