We had purchased one 500 kg /hr. capacity coal/wood fired boiler from M/S. Lal Sons & Co. An electric pump was consigned from Ranchi to Guwahati vide docket no.[protected] dt. 06.08.09 and assured delivery date was 13.08.09. But, the consignment was delivered on 25.08.09 in partialy damaged condition against full freight payment and Gati representative gave an undertaking in writing that Rs. 1900/- will be refunded to us within 7 days (Total freight was Rs. 3382/-).
