Mr. Ravi Ahuja, supposedly authorized sales representative of Easy Bill limited arrived at our residence on 10 May, 2012 and promised us that we would be able to pay electricity bills through Easy Bill. IGL has indicated on its domestic gas bills that consumers will have to pay Rs.5 extra for making payments at Easy Bill outlets. However, the following outlet is charging another Rs. 5 without giving any receipt for the same. This is totally illegal as was found out when I called the Customer Care of Easty Bill Limited. Kindly take appropriate action in the matter urgently and also confirm that we do not have to pay this additional amount....

maine apna BSES ka bill Easy bill ke through 27/08/2009 ko deposited kiya tha but wo abhi tak update nhi huwa hai, is topic ke bare me maine sales officer(Mahender singh dubey, Jitender bhadana) and Territory Manager (Vishwajit Tejpal) or office officer(Vinod and Jitender) ko kahi baar email or call krke October09 se bol raha hu but aaj tak inki taraf se koi response nhi mil raha hai.
