i have been suffering from high electricity bill from last 2-3 months. I launched complain last month and thereafter my bill was reduced but shockingly the amount deducted was again added up this month( April). it seems my electric meter is not working well but that's not my fault. i would be glad if they even replaced the meter board.

Electric supply is not provided to our union bank of india Tariyari branch from last 5 months by electric department, electric department not increase power of old transformer from 25kv to 63kv and give pressure for purchase of 10kv transformer and estimated cost rs 65000 demanded for it while they provide and increase connection from this transformer except bank please solve this matter immediately.
