Sir / Madam I have been staying in In UTTAM VIHAR, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELH - 110 059 for the last 2 yrs and i have been seeing that mostly 90% of the J.J.Colony people staying here do Theft of Electricity as I know one Mr. Mohammed Shafiq of house number...

Dear Sir ,

I used to get a reasonable amount of around Rs.200/- to Rs.250/- per month , and the meter running used to be slow , but for the past few years the meter runs very fast , the units consumed has increased due to this , and I am getting an bill amount around of Rs.600/- per month .

and lately the bill for the month of december 2009 , was not given to us, distributed to all our neighbours...
