Booked 5 packages through railway parcel service ppr no.[protected] from gwalior to alleppey on 14 may 16... The items are not received till date... On further enquiry, it is reveled that the items are not even despatched from gwalior... And still lying in gwalior station... Kindly help & intervene

EMS Parcel (tracking ID : EH[protected]IN) has not been delivered as of yet. The parcel was booked on the 22nd of October. It is 31st today. The tracking site showed location updates till the 23rd, and then there has been no more updates...The last update read that the parcel has been dispatched from Delhi RMS to Guwahati RMS on the 23rd...
