I regret to inform you that we have received a complaint from our customer regarding the shipment sent from Gealan Private Ltd., with docket no:[protected], on 18.03.24. The shipment was delivered to Oyster Bath Concept Pvt Ltd., Ghaziabad - 201015, and was received on 24th March.
The customer has reported that the material was received in a damaged and scratched condition, we Implemented double packing for protection for overcome transit damages .Although the material arrived without proper packing and consequently incurred damage.
As a result, the customer has issued a debit note to us. Please find attached the customer's remarks on the POD copy for your reference. & Attached copies of the debit note for both freight and delivery, for your reference and further action.
