1. Sent application to vashi epf office to change my bank a/c from new panvel to kolkata where i have settled permanently. Apllication received in vashi office in 12 dec-2019. Transfer not yet affected.

2.in the mean time, restoration of pension has been accepted by epf. Start of my pension (With commutation) had commenced on 05/05/2003, well past 15 years. This was done by epf vashi office.

My PF account MH/22268-A/102 with Vashi branch - claim was receoved in July 2007, with the letter from pf office to deposit back Rs.16923/- as you are eligible for Pension Scheme Certificate. I have made payment of Payorder of Rs.16923/- on 20th September 2007 along with form 10-C, but till date I have received the pension scheme certificate.
