Bought handbag of esbeda from growels 101 cost 1490 on September 2023 which is not a small amount for me which has torn off from many sides. I am very disappointed with the quality you provide to customers. I want my cash back. I still have the bill with me.

Provide shopping bag to the customer.. As the customer can't tk the stuff in hand and go.. If he is already paying 2500 for the purse n again pay for the shopping bag...

This esbeda bag was gifted to me in 2018. I have rarely used it. In 2020, I had stored it securely in a closed closet. When I took it out in 2021 Feb, all the skin started peeling and its horrible to know that esbeda sells such cheap quality bags for exorbitant price in the name of sales. This bag was purchased for me with so much love from proper esbeda showroom.

Very disappointed
Utter waste of money it is to buy such branded bags.

I, elenka rodrigues, had purchased a handbag worth 3, 000 rupees for my mother in november 2019.

Unfortunately, the zippers of the bag have become rusty (Pictures attached). It’s not even been a year since i bought this bag, and it’s really upsetting to see this quality.

I request you to look into this and take necessary measures.

Please let me know if anything else is required, or if there is any other contact i need to direct this complaint to.

This is to inform you that i had purchased 5 esbeda handbags from the grand central store...
I need the hard or a soft copy of the bill on an urgent basis... I remember the dates of purchase... It's very upsetting that the store manager did not helped and hanged up the phone...
There must some way out to get the bill.. I am regular customer of your brand..

This is to bring to your notice that esbeda lokhandwala is doing fraud with the customer taking money and not giving the bag. I would be filing a legal police complaint against the esbeda coz they are doing fraud with the customer cheating them and missing customer money.
I would really appreciate if the action is taken and my problem should get resolved.

It is really bad that Esbeda does not allow exchange policy. I had bought a wallet for my husband as birthday gift, but he already has one Esbeda wallet which he still wish to continue and he preferred to have Esbeda sling bag. So next day when I went to exchange it with sling bag, store person refused to exchsnge. This is really stupid on their part, by making customers unhappy and creating void relation with customers

I have purchased a bag as a gift for my mom and she dint liked and want me to exchange and it realy felt bad when we went to the shop in seawooda grand central mall and got to know that they do not exchange.

Realy not happy with this now.

I am anita jaiswal from mulund.in month of sep, 2016, i had purchased a handbag from esbeda showroom located in vashi inorbit mall, after few days, i had used it for first time it was really embarrassing when the handle of the handbag simply departed from the bag & material also torm from bag i never expected this from the branded piece as it had also cost me rs.2580. I enquired at d showroom and they asked me to get it along as they would repair it and give me. I asked them to change bag after convince them thay returned bag & given new bag but after 15 days again handle departed from bag... I want to return my money this time bcz everytime i cant come & chnage my bag

I purchaded a blue leather shoulderbag from mumbai. When i used it first day its shoulderstraps depart from bag it was very embarrassing for me. I am from rajasthan when i visited mumbai again i exchange it from another same one unfortunately after using 2-3 hours it happens again with new bag. What to do? I cant visit mumbai again and again for this.

It's esbeda printed but I have seen mentioned on it is made in china.

This mail is in regards to the clutch i had bought from esbeda. I had bought a lovely clutch form your store studded with diamonds and a very very beautiful one. I had paid rs.2780. It was a heart breaking the clutch i have used only twice and it is not wroth using again. Most of its diamonds are fallen. The colour of grey has gone and even the joint has come where it had been glued. Pls advise if such a branded company like esbeda has such stock we the poeple will not have any royalty toward the product. Attached are the few pictures. Pls advise. I am feeling too too bad since i used this clutch only twice even after paying such heavy amount.

On 24 July 2015, I Nistha Tripathi bought a beautiful leopard printed blue colored Esbeda Clutch from DB city mall, Bhopal outlet. The clutch seemed to be captivating and i bought it in the first go. But, now its proving the age old adage 'Looks are DECEPTIVE.' Its only a month and the clutch is loosing its color from edges. And giving me the feel as if I am using a vintage clutch of my ancestors. Either the product is aged or of poor quality. Whatever would have been the reason its really very bad experience. When I am paying a good price, I have an obvious expectation of quality product. I have always used the clutches and bags of the brand but it was never such a case. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and get the product replaced.

My sister gifted me an expensive Esbada golden purse ( see pic) from Esbada showroom in Goregaon, Mumbai. I must have hardly used for 3 occasions, and it started becoming sticky. The leather on the outside was so sticky that I couldn't use it any longer. I was very embarrassed. My sister was also embarrassed.

I happened to buy an Esbeda hand bag if rom the esbeda show room set up in the international airport of mumbai...Hardly I used it and the inner lining cloth started to tear off.. I never expected such thing to happen for a branded product.. So please do something so that the name of the brand won't get spoilt..as I cannot go to the same shop in the airport to show them the product... My mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. I purchased a Esbeda bag from R city Mumbai on Feb 2013. Within 3 months the edges of the bag started peeling off. As the bag was within warranty i gave the bag for repair at Esbeda store Phoenix market city Kurla. After taking 2 weeks for repair, I was horrified at the quality of work done. There were gashes on the clip of the bag and the repair finishing was wore than a cobbler's job. When pointed out the store manager mentioned that they will send it back to the factory for repair and assured we will get better finishing. After another 2 weeks the condition of the bag had worsen, to top it all the store manager was too loud and rude in communication.He said "This is all the service and repair you get in India". I am very disappointed with the quality and after sales service provided by a Brand "Esbeda". This was not my first purchase but surely my last post this horrifying incident.

It was really embarrassing when the handle of the handbag simply departed from the bag. I never expected this from the branded piece as it had also cost me Rs.3000. I enquired at d showroom and they asked me to get it along as they would repair it and give me. But I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of purse as I fell that I have been charged more and did not get the thing up to the mark.

We have purchased ESBEDA handbag, within week we have observed that its leather strips started cracking. we contacted to the shop but he denied any service saying there is no warranty. On repeated request he has accepted for repair like he is doing some personal favor to us. After receiving the repaired bag from him, on shop only we have observed that another strips also started cracking. But he said no service again.

May be he is selling very old stock or duplicate.

we are regretting on our purchase of ESBEDA.

I had got an Esbeda handbag as a gift about a year back . But to my dismay the bag i hv got was unused and was kept as it was given from the store, when i removed to use the bag the leather of the bag started peeling off without even putting it in use... this was not expected from esbeda some action has to be take with respect to the quality OFFERED BY THEM FOR THE PRICE WE PAY FOR it...
please either change the handbag or do something else..

I had bought an Esbeda handbag worth Rs. 1995/- for my wife about 6 months back from your Santacruz - West showroom.

But to our dismay the bag bought by me was unused and was kept as it was given from the store, when my wife removed to use the bag the leather of the bag started peeling off without even putting it in use. I took the bag back to your showroom where your store manager forwarded me to Mr. Jayesh shah. Then, as directed by him, I left the bag with the store personnel to be sent to him at his office. It been a month now that the bag is with the company and have been following with him on the same.

It is very difficult to learn that Esbeda which is suppose to be an international quality brand, has very poor customer service. It's a pity that Esbeda is ruining its potential to come up as a leading brand in Handbags given their pricing and variety in designs by selling inferior quality stuff..

I hope the brand (only if it can be called so) holds some responsibility for its poor quality product and replace it.

Hi, The quality of ESBEDA product is awesome as well as a the price. As it show Buyers are more rather than people who complaints. The design is just too good whenevr i visit Esbeda store its takes me minimum 1 hr just to buy a handbag as there are so many excellent design and color. The best all the handbag looks trendy. Just need to take care in right way c on esbeda fan page where different bags and tips are shared.

I have bought 1 Hand bag from Esbeda from Oberoi Mall Goregaon (west) on 21st June 2011 for Rs.1080 /- vide bill no.238 where in from that day it was kept packed as it is ,when I started using that bag from last month occassionally as it is RED colour to match with my clothes i have carried that bag maximum 10 times & its outer leathret started peeling off ,It is so shocking that good brands like Esbeda provides such low quality at high price .Atleast I have never expected this to happen ,I strongly appeal to esbeda to give me the resolution about this .......at the earliest.

I came across Esbeda store with my wife at Mantri Mall which looked fairly decent and with their handbag prices waring from 2500 to 300 rupees. I have bought 3 such handbags the first one gave way in 3 dayd whith the stitching and leather peeling off. The second bag broked a day bag where the handle came off, the third badg is used once an as of now nothing has happened as yet.

It is the most 3rd grade quality with the [censored]est customer service ever. I hope i can get to the owner or person incharge email so i might meet and explain how he is duping the public.

I say Esbeda need to be shut down wef immediately so other consumers in the future do not suffer.

I purchased an esbeda bag costing INR 1995. Within 10 days leather started peeling off from some places and the main zip of the bag stopped working.. I went to the shop from where i purchased it. They told to come after 2 months with the bag telling that they will exchange it as it is within the guarantee period. Now they are not changing inspite of being under guarantee

I recently bought a bag from a shop at Peddar Road, claiming to sell Esbeda Bags. I did buy the bag and then asked the shopkeeper about the absence of the Esbeda Tag/Label/Name. He said that it was a marketing tactic by Esbeda to sell the bags at a cheaper rate and not display the brand name. I need to know if Esbeda does really sell bags in this manner. i need the contact of the head office of Esbeda.no outlet is ready to disclose this information. kindly advise me on what to do?
