In April 1992, an advertisement was published for Esskayjay plantation pvt Ltd in news paper.The company was selling the investment plan in Rs 600/-and it will increase to RS/-100000 in 20 years.
Consequently, My Wife Smit Saroj Kumari invested money RS/-600 and received Teak Certificate no.29829, Folio No.29829 and Distinctive No.32295 on 31st August 1992.
How this Amount can be recovered.

Consequently, my brother invested money Rs 600/- and received the certificate of Teak Tree No. 17190, and Distinctive No. 19671 on 31st August 1992.
How this amount can be recovered? Whom to contact? Tried toll free no in vain...

I have applied for 10 teak plants. Vide his letter dated 9th November, 1992,Company has informed that my certificate No is 27782 and tree no.is 46171-80, but till date I have not recieved my certificate even after submitting indemnity bond. Thanhs.
