Dear sir/Madammy name is shyamalendu Das yesterday 01 nos eticket booking that eticket is not booked so amount is debitted on 17th mar 2014 time arround 18:30 to 19:00 hrs amount is Rs1541.24 this is two times is debitted total amount is Rs 3082.48 and sbi card is extra amount and my A/C no is [protected] bank name is SBI .Pls return of my money in account.Any clarifacation call this number mentioned is below.

i am booking the ticket in hapa intercity on date 17/06/2012 on first time in processing error so its cancel and retry so booking is sucess full but my money cut in tow time and msg in mobile when i am second time to booking only
my bank book first cut rupees POS[protected] IRCTC 706 is booking time error but cut my rupees and second time booking POS[protected] is perfect but first time...

yesterday my father in law stopped his travel before 2 hours of sheduled train departure time
so there is a immediate cause of to cancel the eticket while iam cancelling it
it replies me that,The chart was prepared for this ticket you can not cancel this ticket.
now how get my money refund please help me to get my money back
