I had switched onn 2FA authentication for my Facebook account via Microsoft Authenicator however I had lost my phone and had lost access to my accounts.

However I tried each & everyway to recover my account even subbmited my Drivers Liscence on Help Centre Login Approval Code Issues Page but yet no assistance was provided in recovering account.
Also have dropped an email to Grivieance officer yet no response was received.

I saw an advertisement at facebook on 06/09/20 of iphone 5s 32gb worth rs.4000/- so, i contact him discuss the details of iphone. He said that he is cisf constable at mumbai airport and due to some region he had not come out from airport, he posts the advertisement on facebook marketplace. For gaining my trust he sends his own cisf id card, adhaar card or some pics of his own with the phone bill. I send him rs.2000/- to his account number and rs.2000/- by HDFC Account on his number [protected] by the name of sanjay singh. He sends me overnight express ltd pod slip for gaining my trust.
I request to take action against him and refund my money.

I am rakesh kumar & i seen an ad toady on facebook where a person selling his 6 months old smartphone redmi k20 pro at the price of 9500 and provided his whatsapp number for contacting. So i was intersed in it therefore, i contacted him on whatsapp we talked for few minutes and after that i confirmed the deal with him. He is ready to sold the product at the price of 9000. When i asked him for identiny he sent me some pictures of his adhaar card and canteen card of indian army. His name on adhaar was jora singh and he told me that he is an army officer. After seeing his identity card and canteen card of indian army i believed that he is an army officer and a genuine seller. He also sent me his some pictures which is matched with his identity.
We continued talking, meanwhile he told that firstly i need to pay rs.610 as delivery/parcel charge. So i sent him rs.610 by google pay after some time he told me that i have to pay rs.3167 more. So i decline to pay more money after that he told me to trust him. He told me that he is an army officer so trust me if you are not trusting me then you are not a true indian. After that i told him to cancel my order and send my rs.610 but he declined to refund my money. So i am very upset form this type of scammers. I am a student and thier is so much difficulty to earn some money and purchasing a good phone is like a dream for me so when i seen an ad like this i am very exticed that a phone which actual price is something 24000 thier is a chance to get it in 9000 & its in a good condition after six month use but now i sent him rs.610 and its stucked. Rs. 610 is also very big amount for me but i lost it so please do something about it.

On 13th August while watching facebook I found a ad of a company bass-rockerz selling earpod of BOSE company at a price of Rs.1599 and accordingly I got confirmation message.Payment mode was COD and it was showing 90%off. Although I did not beleive this but thinking the AD is given on facebook platform so it must be genuine. But when I got the parcel then to my surprise I found neckband earphone and another one piece earpod that too like a street product local made or may be chinese and it was not the same product this company was showing on Facebook platform.Message, confirmation and goods which have received uploaded.

I strongly request the forum to take up the matter with Facebook to save more cheating of the indian people.

I got cheated by a person who has introduces me as Mr. Srikant (M: [protected], [protected]) as CISF Constable. He posted one add for furniture selling in Pathankot via facebook

While asking a reason for selling he told that he will transfer to Goa, i.e he is selling all furniture, he sent me his Photo of him in CIS[censored]niform, His CISF ID & Adhar Card.

I have enclosed all the images for your reference.

After this he started chasing me for deposit atleast Rs.3100 as a advance money, he told taht it is necessary for making a gate pass, after this he was chasing of rs5100 and again 5100 afet this he told me that you have to pay full payment of rs11700, so army gate will clear the dispatch. i had paid all amount via Google pay No:-[protected]. this all things was happened with me .delivery boy Mr.Jora singh No:-[protected] also involve in this fraud.

My intension is to just notice your attention how CISF ID’s are being used by some cheaters to cheat Indian Civilians. I also given a application to Police stattion Division No.:-1, which is attached in this mail but i am not confident with this department.

But i have full confident about army because army also punish to bad intension people and those person which had cheat by id of army person

I added rs 400 in my colleagues account, neha sharma, facebook ads account no.: [protected] on 16th feb 2020, but facebook rejected my ads and even not refunding my rs 400. I made so many complaints to facebook support but they immediated close my complaint by saying that just contact to correct department. I contacted every facebook support department but they have given me only mental torture. Attached are the screenshots of all proofs. Facebook ads given me 2 months mental harrassment and torture for which i ask for compensation also from facebook. Also return my money. Facebook ads have given a button to add money in the account but not given any button to withdraw that money. Facebook ads is doing fraud with the people.

I have created a facebook page and deposited an amount of inr 1000 to promote the page and it's posts. Facebook has deactivated my ad's account, may be due to their policy. But the issue is that even after a lots of complaints to facebook they are not returning my deposited amount. Their support never shown an interest to resolve the issue.

It is now more than 4 months but not any complaints was resolved.

I had a facebook account in 2016. But somehow i started receiving calls from unknown persons because they were receiving messages of having sexual pleasure with a girl regarding my number.
So i deactivated it in a month in 2016.
And now in 2020 i again started receiving such calls from persons asking for sexual pleasure even if i didn't opened my account yet from 2016. I don't use facebook not any other account.
What do i do now? I requested to delete the account on 12 jan 2020 but still i receive such calls it is frustrating.

Facebook have blocked by account saying that i am not eligible for using facebook. I am using that account since 2012 after 8 years they found i am not eligible.

I have even send mail to facebook also to unblock it but it have been more then an month but still now there no is update.

I don't think this is the good way to locked someone account and even after sending mail also there is so update so much careless company.

Facebook is asking personal identity card in the name of confirming account details. They are intruding into the privacy of a user by asking such personal details and have no security for the same as the facebook accounts and pages are getting hacked daybyday. Also news were spread that recently facebook is selling the identity of people to foreign companies. This man told me he was in army and couldn't pay me through google pay for a item i was selling. He sent me link and started to send me link of bharatpe merchant and told me to pay him and then he would pay back. But he didn't pay back by telling there is something wrong with the payment system. He did not call back. He was telling that if we pay, we would get our money back but the money was not returned. He cheated and got our money and did not even return.

This is Arpit Agarwal. I am currently staying in Pune. I am looking to buy a second hand Activa and came across a post on FB marketplace saying a 2019 model Activa 5g is for sale at 45K. Original price of the product is more than 75k and it is just a few months old vehicle.

The person's whatsapp number was mentioned in the post so I messaged him and he told me that he has moved out of the city to Gujurat and has purchased a new bike so selling the Activa. After the discussions about the price and registration papers transfer, he told me to transfer 5k as the transportation cost and rest on the delivery. He told me that he will send the vehicle via army post and I just need to submit the documents in the RTO office to get it transfered on my name. He send me pictures of Activa and his several ID proofs like PAN, Aadhar, Liquor card etc.which help me gaining some confidence in him.

Everything was going well and after several negotiations I was about to transfer him 3k as half of the transportation charges. Suddenly, I thought of searching about Jaikishan (name mentioned in the ID) on google and that's when I came across the following post :

The post contains the exact same conversation of victims but for a different product. Also, all the ID's and documents attached in the post are same to same as the one that was sent to me by the person I am talking to.

Luckily I stop talking to him and was saved from the fraud. This is a post for all the people who are looking for similar products to please be aware.

I am so dishearten after this as these people are using Indian Army's name which is really disgusting.

Its a request to please submit my complaint and take some legal action against this man.

Actually i send money for his friend shahin alam (https://www.facebook.com/shanin.alam) skrill (Email-id: [protected]@gmail.com). After getting payment both guys are not responding with me. Sohal mahamud was blocked with my number. Please check with our conversation attachment screenshot and kindly take legal action against him.

They are offering 100% cash back on eyeglasses and i have ordered the same. After just ordering i had called to their customer care and they said yes that my order is eligible for the offer. As per the offer cash back would be credited post 14 days of delivery. After completion of 14 days, i called to customer care and asked about my cash back and the answer was that i'm not eligible for the cash back. I have selected frame worth of "0" and they are saying it is an offer. I can clearly see in my in voice that there is no any discount and still they are saying that in have clubbed the offer. Even while at the ordering they are not giving any notification that you have clubbed other offer together and as the return policy is up to 14 days now they are neither allowing cash back nor allowing to return. Request you to please go through with this.
