This is to bring to your kind notice that the garments store vynam which provides online purchase of products has not delivered the product (Order number 7149- kalamkari kurti) even three months after having made the payment. There is another product (Order number 7415- pochampally saree) which i had purchased but was not satisfied with the material so wanted to return it. They have refused to accept it inspite of having asked them repeatedly...

I had purchased a saree from vynam but was not satisfied with the material so wanted to return it and even though we met all the return policy conditions they refused to take it back. Moreover they don't respond promptly to any of the calls made. They haven't given the right address of correspondence too. Refunds are also not being made on time and only one number had been provided for communication....
