This is to bring to your kind notice that the garments store vynam which provides online purchase of products has not delivered the product (Order number 7149- kalamkari kurti) even three months after having made the payment. There is another product (Order number 7415- pochampally saree) which i had purchased but was not satisfied with the material so wanted to return it. They have refused to accept it inspite of having asked them repeatedly and moreover it has been mentioned in the website clearly that return and exchange are permissible. I guarantee that the product purchased hasn't been used or damaged in anyway. I kindly request you to look into this matter and solve the issue at the earliest possible.
