I wanted to buy bausch+lomb lacelle premium coloured contact lenses. I went to their store in vashi and told the lady at the counter (Shaikh shagun) my power (I have different power in each eye) and the colour of the lenses i wanted. She told me i would have to buy 2 separate boxes (And so 4 lenses in total) as each box contained a pair of lenses. I paid for 2 boxes and hence 4 lenses. 27/01/2015, I have bought lens from foresight vashi shop.
I Given them the brand new frame. When they give me back at 28th/01/2015, the frame got scratched.
I asked the stuff checking my frame three times to make sure there is no scratch when i handover my frame to him.
They are saying the frame acceptance slip which they asked me sign has small terms & conditions at end,
which saying they will not responsible...

I had purchased Hoya Optical lenses with frame from Foresight opticals in Nashik located at Citi Centre Mall on 25th December 2010 for an overall cost of Rs. 5000/-
Mr. Ankush and Mr. Ahire who introduced themselves as shop managers promised me that I will get the delivery by 28th December in mumbai. However after constant followup I received the delivery on 4Januaray 2011.
On day of purchase they refused to give me the bill...
