Hello Team,

I received my order after a number of follow ups with customer service.
This time also I received a defective product (F[protected], this is very unprofessional behaviour by forever21 team.
And your website does not have an exchange option so you should do a quality check at your end.
Because you are wasting customer time and value.
Such behaviour is not acceptable from the brand, it feels like I am purchasing from the local market.

I did my order of 18th February and returned my order that same day.
Since then i have called the company and mailed them many times but they haven't refunded my payment . Till this date i haven't recieved any refund or any call from them.

I placed an order 28th of Dec, total 6 items.
I requested return and get refun 2 of them. I got an email from foever21 after return picked up, and that email says processing refund with a wrong item. After that, they’re replying to me” Wait 24-48hours for return quality check”
Those items came with someone hair in a box and has scars with another item.
AND, 1 of the item is still not ship even I can’t cancel it on website and they don’t cancel it. Their policy said,

Forever21 Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.

The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation, if you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an e-mail will be sent to you informing the same.

I returned two items, one in order no F[protected]Smocked Cropped Cami
Color : Yellow, Size :M, Price - 599) and other in order no F[protected]Textured Open-Front Kimono Color : Sage, Size :S/M, Price - 390).
These two items have not been refunded even after multiple requests made at the customer care number.
I need my refund as soon as possible, it has already been very late.

I have ordered an item and get delivered then I want to return it because it's not my size they are not updating any delivered option in my account and because of this I am not able to return the item it's already so long they not picking calls not replying to emails.
One more isse i have faced I have mistakenly ordered two products twice and they didn't refund my money and I sent emails regarding this also but no one responded.

The order which I have returned due to size issue on 28/09/2020 is still not yet refunded.. The customer service said it is processed but why am i still not getting it. Such a big company yet so poor in providing services. It has already been more than 20 days. So disappointed never shopping again.

Please help with my refund, I need my money back.

I have been trying to get in touch with the staff of the company, everytime my call is received there is some new reason and promise me about the refund in 2 days. Worst part is no one receives the calls or emails.
It's been 1½month since i have not received any response.

Two of the products I ordered have not arrived yet. One of it shows that it has been delivered but I did not receive it, I didn't even receive a delivery code. The other one is not even dispatched yet. I called, mailed but there's no response from them.

It's been over 18+ days, I returned two products from two different orders. Both of which were successfully received by the company yet the have not processed my refund.

Their customer care keeps repeating the same robotic message - "It will reflect in 4-5 working days". They never respond to emails. Recently they re-started their Instagram page, which they again shut down. I am afraid I will never see my money again!

I have returned a denim worth rs. 2, 299 and i have not recieved the refund yet it's been a very long time and i am getting furious now the return id was 2520118.
I hope i will get my refund soon.

My forever 21 berry top of order number: f21134571, delivery id:[protected] was returned on 24/7/2020, i have not received the refund yet on my bank account. The order id is: 2461905. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service but i think such reputed brand doesn't solve customer issues and like causing them trouble and inconvenience. I have called the customer care many times but nobody ever picks up, i have mailed thrice but have got no response. I paid rs. 1500 and they have taken the return but not refunded my money. I hope forever 21 isn't a fraud business that causes trouble to customers, so kindly help me out and assure that i don't have to reach out a thousand times when the fault is yours.

I order a pants on forever21 on 30 jan 2020 through net banking. So i refund it because of size mistake and they say it will take time and it's already 25february 2020 and i received i will get in 3 business days on 19feb2020 but it's already more than 3 days. Placing the order due to forever21 site issues i was not able to make online payment and hence i opted for cash on delievery mode. But at the time of placing order i didnt see any additional shipping aur cod charges mentioned there wherelese, when i received package i was charged 600 rs extra on the name of all these charges which were not mentioned earlier. I placed order of rs.8000 appx and hence there should be अन्य shipping charges but they divided the complete order in different slots and asked for delivery charges for each slot. Even after complain to customer care no एक्शन was taken. Not received refund for returned goods even after 2 months. Customer executive always say that they will look into it but all vain. This is to bring to your notice regarding unprofessional behavior and poor customer service regarding the #f2153365 i want you to highlight my issue here one more time. I have placed an order for below product and returned it as it did not fit for me and after a quality check when i called to forever21 customer care (Discussed over the call with mohamath, divya and with supervising mr. Nadeem) they asked me to wait for 14 working days and its been a month almost i have not received my amount in my account when i called them on 11/11/2019 they ask me to wait for 2 more working days and i was waiting as per there request till 13/11/2019... And i am still waiting...

Every time they are keep asking me to wait for 1-2 more working day.

Very very poor customer support service. The worst i have witnessed.

I have been contacting your executives over the phone since 21st of this month after the product reached your warehouse on 19th but not a single person is able to provide a resolution. They don’t even have any update regarding my refund. Such a big brand and so so poor customer service management. I don’t know what to do now. I have never faced such harassment from any website regarding refund.

I ordered one handbag and one trouser from Forever21 ecommerce website some 30 days ago but the box contained only one handbag and the trouser was missing. I raised a complaint about that but no action was taken from their end. No refund was initiated and no proper assistance was provided to sort out the issue. Kindly look into the matter and get this resolved asap.

I went into a change room in forever 21 store. I changed into the cloth i wanted to try and came out and went back in to change in my intinal clothes. As i was entering a lady staff starts to shout at me saying that its a ladies trial room. I come back to check if it was mentioned as ladies trial room. But no it was simply mentioned “trial room”. That lady not only shouted at me but had the audacity to lie that she had informed me about it before infront of everyone. Disrespecting a constumer is never acceptable and in this case I was at no fault. I want strict action to be taken against it.

My mother bought a black forever new tote bag from central mall, pune.
It's just been about 6 months and the bag has already fallen apart, the base of the bag has come detached from the over all structure of the tote.
Since my mother had gone to pune to visit someone, she can't possibly go there again just to exchange a bag or to sgow the store, the bad quality of the bag.
I ask for your sincere help in getting this problem resolved.
Please reply and let us know of what all could be done.

Forever21 indian website i.e http://www.forever21.com/IN/Product/Main.aspx?br=f21 is a fake one.I ordered two products from there and the products turned to be poor quality.Moreover there is no customer support number on their website and no replies are received when we drop a mail on the given mailID in there website.Many people are suffering from same issues, you can check on the facebook share.

We have ordered jeans from forever 21 . com, when we received the products quality of the jeans was pathetic so we returned the jeans back on july 25. Today is september 10 but we didnot still get the money back and the customer service agents are so rude with attitude.

My order number is 20062328. I had placed my return request on 3rd July and they picked up my package over two weeks later(waybaftef their 7-10 days promise) after I kept emailing them. I'd told them I was leaving the country and kept asking them if I could send the package to an address. They kept insisting that I leave the package where I'd gotten it delivered so I had to leave it with a maid. Thus I don't have a return receipt. It's been almost three weeks since then. They claim they've lost my package and have no details about the return. They are supposed to have all the return details, irregardless of me having the return number. I don't know what kind of company they are running without proper logistics information. They haven't refunded my money even though it's their fault, they've continuously left me hanging about it, hoping that I'll give up without getting a refund.

Every time i call to customer care they give me assurance of initiating the refund at very same day and ask me to wait for next three days. I have recorded all the calls. This is a fraud company with worst customer care service.
