I wanted to get it transfered to Naktala Post Office which is near my residence. I have applied for transfer but the Post Master told me that I am to apply in a specific form via Form G. I have sent a very important document (form )by speed post to IIT KANPUR, 2/04/2009 from B GARDEN Post office (Pin: 711103). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 12.04.2009(as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status...
