Advertise an item to ship within 24 hours. Shipped in 3 weeks, after i tried to cancel the order 4 days after ordering..."the order can't be cancelled because it's been processed"? "don't ship the item"... Shipped anyway, forcing me to pay $8.95 for shipping. Freeshipdeals charging shipping?

Ordered heated gloves a month ago, still no gloves! I call their 800# & it always says they’re closed! E-mailed them twice, no response back!! I am livid!! I have no other way to get a hold of them & they took my money when i placed my order!! Really wanted these for my son, for a christmas gift & now i’m out my money & out of the gloves!! #!!...
