Sir/Madam,
I got a CD with the purchase of GATE Mechanical book of your publications. On[protected]:30 pm, to check that CD details I used my friend lappy and entered the CD key, "No activation step" and "NO TEST" were proceeded and the program was uninstalled successfully. Now again when I am installing the CD on my lappy it is giving a popup "CD KEY EXPIRED".
Please help me to get the test series as I am very near to the date of GATE main exam. Hope that you understand my problem.

I purchased "gate 2015 computer science and information technology by g k publications and received a dvd along with the book . I installed the test engine and on clicking "activate" button, an error message is displayed like " invalid key". But i entered key printed on the dvd disc. So please do needful for acivation.

Tried to contact the tech support team several times but no one answered the call. Ph. No provided in the PDF file with the CD is +91.[protected]. After installing the CD when tried to access the video and tests, the buttons were disabled and when clicked on the Activate button provided inside the CD, error message is displayed that invalid activation code. I have used the code provided with the CD. I am very disappointed.

Hi, I had purchased a GATE 2014 Computer Science & Information Technology Book. I tried to register the DVD given with the book but it failed saying Internet connection is not available though I have a broadband connection. When I called up to register through phone, the support team of GK publications said the server is closed now so I have to purchase a new book. Kindly note that there is no date mentioned for the expiry of the DVD given. But the customer service team says the serer is closed. Also, since the exam is nearby I needed to take up some practice tests I needed to get this DVD registered today. Kindly do the needful by addressing the issue immediately as if it takes time my exam will be over and I will be the one who will be on the loosing side. Hoping for an early and positive resolution. sir my cd key of it officer scale 1, 2 is [protected] it was activate in first attempt but when i reinstall my window then again on same pc it is not active ... what is solution of this please reply me as soon as possible because my exam is near about. thank you my contact no is ([protected])...

the CD which i had receive along with gate 2015 electrical engineering book is not supporting.i already entered correct key given on CD then also it shows activation key is invalid.i really cant understand what problem is there.i need as fast as solution to this because i have my exams in few weeks
