Take hidden charges and extra charge . which are not decided at the time of booking...

I had booked Gati packers and movrrs,
Chandighar to deliver home goods from Jammu to Kathmandu, Nepal on 13 March 2023 which they said I will get within 15 days. They sent it till Lucknow where it remained for next three months and then they said they could not deliver it so will return back to Jammu from where we had already shifted and I had bought news goids at Kathmandu as so much time had passed.
