I had booked Gati packers and movrrs,
Chandighar to deliver home goods from Jammu to Kathmandu, Nepal on 13 March 2023 which they said I will get within 15 days. They sent it till Lucknow where it remained for next three months and then they said they could not deliver it so will return back to Jammu from where we had already shifted and I had bought news goids at Kathmandu as so much time had passed. Finally having no choice I booked Agarwal movers and packers to deliver the goods to Kathmandu and they charged me quite a lot knowing my situation. Anyhow the goids I got in Kathmandu we're broken and damaged and when I asked to return the payment as they did not reach my goods. They did not and say you can do whatever you like. They are cheat and fraud company and I want to take action against them.
I paid then 27000 as payment in advance and got damaged goids. I have all bills, videos and WhatsApp communication and recordings of the same. I suffered a loss of at least 75000 and they are not ready to pay me back. Can you help
