Misleading delivery promises and delay giva order #gi0014841586 | tracking id: 90168563741

I ordered a time-sensitive product from GIVA (Order #GI[protected]), which was committed for delivery by 2nd August 2025. As of 5th August, the order is still undelivered.
To make matters worse:
Their AI agent falsely claimed delivery will happen on 4th August at 3:30pm
The app shows a “9-day network delay” with a new estimated delivery of 11th August
There has been no real-time update or proactive communication
Despite escalations to GIVA, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, no action has been taken
This has caused serious inconvenience and wasted time. I demand:
Immediate delivery or full refund
Explanation for the misinformation
Accountability for customer harassment and negligence
If not resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action under the Consumer Protection Act for false commitment, poor service, and mental harassment.

I had placed an order on 7th july and the order was expected to be delivered by 13th july but unfortunately the order is not yet delivered . I have raised multiple complaints regarding this n tried to reach out to the escalation manager but that is also happening till now .. This was the first i did from giva and i am getting tis kind of response from them . Neither they are delivering my product nor they cancelling and initiating my refund .
This is very much disappointing and i regret buying from giva.

Hello Sir, I ordered giva Silver Anklet on 27th April order Id #G[protected] from Giva jewellery. The jewelry was broken in less than 2 months and they are not replacing it with same product because it is out of stock. I asked for refund they mentioned that they will give only wallet refund forcing me to buy another product even after such a bad experience. I have two concerns: If they are not able to replace it with same item I should be given refund in my source account rather than Giva wallet because of such a bad experience i have with giva and dont want to buy anying knowing that i will not be satisfied with their product and service. My other concern is the product was picked up on 22nd June in the noon and till now almost a week after it is showing In transit, delaying refunds and making me suspicious about their process and refund. Please help me to get the refund of this product in my bank account since the product was picked up on 22nd through shiprokcket with awb [protected] and still no update from their side. Thanks for your support

Replacemnet product not delivered

Dear Giva Team,
My products with the invoice( attached ) and photo (attached ) were picked up from my place on 17th February and products were delivered at your warehouse on 23rd February
Since 23rd February I have been calling GIVA team daily to get the replacement of my product but non of your executive are helping me.
I am seriously disappointed with the behavior of your team.
I want to reach out you your official legal team to discuss further steps.
I am really tired calling each day for exchange of new products

No Refund | Bad customer service

Hi, I had place an order on 17th Aug 2022 of order ID #GI[protected]. After placing the order, withing 24Hrs I cancelled due to duplicate order. Still I received the product. I asked about the return pickup but they we unserviceable at my location so I managed return pickup. When I received confirmation from courier partner on product delivered. I reached out GIVA for the same. But there was no sign of product delivered(25th Aug 2022).
After 9-10 calls and follow-ups, they confirmed they got the product and refund will be initiated soon. It's been more than 20days. No refund has been initiated and there is no communication from their end too. Please look into this ASAP.

Cheap product received

I had bought a rose gold ring from giva on Aug 10th 2022 and I was told it was for regular use and the colour won't fade but within few days the color started to fade so I raised the concern to the giva customer care and tried to place return request. But there was some error while placing the return request so contacted the customer service again and they asked me to go to offline store. As am in my hometown and there is no giva offline store near by I shared the same details and asked to place return request and pickup the product. Now they are not responding. Need a quick resolution and a refund. Order id: GI[protected]

I purchase giva hoops and chain on 12 April 2022. It lost shine completely in less than a month. I requested for warranty but the company is not helping. They don't reply to mails, chats despite promising to help in the begining

Not delivering my product
I place order on 22 December 2021 on GIVA official website and paied full amount they said order will be delivered in two weeks but till now its more than a month they are not delivering my order. I call customer care many time but nothing is going on. Please help me my order no. Is GI[protected].

Delay Delivery

the due date for both order was 21st October and 22nd October respectively. However on discussing with their executive I was assured to get it delivered by 20th October maximum. As per their standard delivery schedule they are assuring delivery within 4-6 days maximum . But till today they have not delivered the material rather I am just getting message on every alternate day that delivery will be delayed . I asked them for cancellation of my order which they are not listening. I ordered those for my wife’s birthday which has already gone and because of non-receipt of the same I faced an embarrassing and humiliating situation on my wife’s birthday. Therefore, I demand cancellation of my order and refund of my money with suitable amount of penalty because I faced awkward situation due to shear negligence by this company.
