I submitted my vehicle for claim and had a conflict with the surveyer regarding some part his behaviour was really unprofessional and his wordings were ‘did you ask me before submitting your vehicle’

I have been cheated by GoDigit Insurance company. My car has been hit while parked outside of BBD Lucknow, when I file for claim, their surveyor is asking questions like CBI, and proving customer is lying. He also rejected the claim. We do insurance for unfortunate situation but they refuse the claim when we need. They are fraud company and cheating people in India.
