I submitted my vehicle for claim and had a conflict with the surveyer regarding some part his behaviour was really unprofessional and his wordings were ‘did you ask me before submitting your vehicle’
I filed a complaint to godigit customer care and i have been doing the same for last 10 days
They say they will get back but they never do, i asked them to arrange a call with some superior also but they say they have registered the complaint and the superior will call me
But I haven’t received any call
Moreover i have to explain my complaint everytime i call customer care and they say only the appointed surveyer will talk to me whose behaviour i already said is very unprofessional.
Its been 25 days that my vehicle is standing in the workshop because my complaint is not getting resolved
Now godigit has closed my claim also
So i m asking where should the customer go
Customer care is not resolving my issue
And it feels the company can do anything they want to do and customer cant do anything about it
