ACTUALLY I APPLIED FOR GETTING OBC CERTIFICATE IN GUDIYATTAM TALUK OFFICE.FOR GETTING OBC CERTIFICATE RI SIGN NEEDED.(AS PER GOVT NORMS).I ASKED TO RI (SALIEM ) FOR PUTTING SIGN.HE DIDN'T SIGN FOR ME.HE IS COLLETING MONEY TO EACG PERSON FOR PUTTING SIGN(ATLEAST RS: 500/.
