Hi, I purchased one watch worth rs 15000/- from Ambience mall gurgaon onn 14 sep, 2015, noticed scratch on first wearing the watch. called store guys on 4rth day to replace my watch, they said aap aa jaie, hum dekh lenge, , on the very next sunday(as i m working, no time in weekdays) submitted my watch to store guys to replace. on 25th september, 2015) till now, they are providing lame excuses(not ready to replace my watch .talked to regional manager, logistics manager, the are protecing their guys!! not ready to replace my watch! GUESS IS HOPLESS, NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC, WASTE OF MONEY! LOST MY 2 MONTHS WARRANTY. not replying to my mails !!! wasting my time like hell!! store guys are saying service centre is responsible and service centre is saying, store guys are responsible playing ping pong or pendulam game!! Everybody is just giving lame [protected]@@ will post everywhere that not to purchase any watch!!! store guys sent one pic, now more scratches on watch!!
LOW QUALITY SERVICE! BREACH OF TRUST ! WASTE OF TIME, MONEY!!! BADLY HURT!!!

Low quality material

I had my family member buy me a Guess wallet three days ago from Bahrian. My last Guess wallet lasted a whole 10 years. This time I am shocked and disappointed to see a primitive press button in the place of magnetic close. This is made in Vietnam. In our trust of Guess, my family member may have overlooked the button. Is there any way I can exchange his for a better model? Please help. I live in Kerala, India and I cannot return it all the way to Bahrain.

Gift card
To the manager and to the cashier who I met that day, or whoever works at Guess, please read this carefully. At some point you will understand me why I wrote this. I went to Cross Iron Mills in Calgary last Saturday August 1, 2015 to purchase a bag, purse and one of those bracelets on the box. Since, I do have two gift cards I decided to used it, but then the cashier from their accidentally slipped the card on the side of the till which means, she can't get the card anymore. She decided to call the manager and she didn't get the card either. The manager also told me that they can't get the card unless someone who works on computers or mechanical can only get the card from there. The manager asked me to fill up a form, all my information was there, she said that she will send me the $25 card when she found the gift card. The cashier told her that the gift card was there. I talked to the manager and told her that I’m not from Calgary, which is I lived farther from that place and I'm only a VISITOR. Now, I’m still waiting for the e-mail to come. that card is mine, and haven't use the $25 from there. I also remember, the manager asked me if I have cash or debit to purchase those items and I said yes, I do have but the thing is, I went to Guess to purchase those items using my gift card and not my money. Next day, my aunt was there at Guess Cross Iron Mills, I told them to go ad asked about the process of my gift card. For sure, I understand the policy of having manager in different days, and the people who work there. So, my aunt asked them about what happened about the gift card and they said they didn't know about it and those things like that like the gift card, they would send it RANDOMLY until they found the gift card. Seriously? So, how long do I need to wait for my card? Next year? Then the store will close and move somewhere? Until, they don't process my card? As a customer, it is unfair for me to be treated like that knowing and telling you that they can't do anything about my card, that'y my card. I've been waiting here for so long for my gift card to come and I have a feeling that they didn't process yet and I don't want to drive 10 hours just to go there to inform them again! It's almost a week already! I know, if you're in my position right now you'll probably do the same way or worst than this. So please, do something about this. Thank you.

Outer leather pealing off
I paid 505 Dirhams ie $138 or Rs 9000 for a bag that I purchased in Dubai, I live in Mumbai (India) and did not use it till 6th May 2015.
For the first time after the purchase but, after I returned home from the party, to my utter horror, the bag's outer leather started pealing off!
Such expensive bag worth Rs.10, 000 or $138 turned out to be a defective piece.
The company is not exchanging or refunding or giving me a voucher of the purchase value, which is totally unfair as the bag is defective. Even the GM in a Mumbai mall accepted it's a defective piece, however, co. is refusing to issue me a credit voucher or refund it as I bought it in Dubai.

Jeans Alteration at Palladium Mumbai

I wanted to say that the customer service of Guess at its Indian store in Mumbai - at Phoenix Mills - Palladium is very bad.
The store manager Shilpa Khurana and other staff like Mr. Asif neither know how to service their customer or talk professionally. Moreover the tailor they use to make alterations to products like jeans does not know how to talk either. The tailor said that he would not alter the jeans because they were "stinking" - as in smelling bad. Really?????????
Am I dreaming or this Guess?????????? Or a street-side shop with rude, insulting people who sell????
If they had a responsive customer complaints forum on their site, maybe they would fire these people and hire people who have better courtesy and respect for customers in general, and not such thick skins.
Really my Rs. 5000 jeans don't seem so worth it anymore after the frustrating shopping experience I had at this store. Callousness, unprofessionalism and nonchalance is the order of the day here - to add to the insulting things the tailor said and insinuated. I guess you earn that when you work at such a big brand like Guess and then you overuse it.

poor quality of guess watch

I bought Guess watch on 15 jan 2014.. With in very short time span its condition become worst.. all silver material in the watch started falling off and ... I am thoroughly annoyed by the quality level of Guess products.then I repaired it from Ur showroom from jalandher for two times with in a short time its again fall down... for me I have wasted my money (Rs 15, 000) in buying product for such a brand.

I bought necklace and chain from one of the stores of guess in duomo Milan, Italy. In our amazement It got corroded within 2 months of purchase, where as lady attendant was claiming it to remain in good shape for years. Moreover it has affected my wife's skin. damaged case and scratches

i bought a guess watch for men yesterday 28/08/2014 Model no. W0247G3, around 8 pm, i didn't check the watch carefully and later i found that it has some minor scratches over the rose gold part and minor dent . so i called them up in the morning and they called me to the store and they said we cant help you . seriously disappointed over they telling me you should have checked it then .

A faulty handbag

I bought a guess bag from guess bag outlet in palladium in mumbai. I repeatedly asked the sales person that ii want a bag that doesn't peel . He very confidently told me it will never peel and to bring it back if it ever did. I have hardly used the bag twice and it started peeling. I took it back to showroom and they kept it and called me after a week saying that the bag is over eight months old so they can not do anything. I am appalled at their shrugging off the responsibility and even a complaints with the major brands has not produced any results. I want to know who is accountable when they fleece customers being such a major brand.

No proper repair of watch

I bought a guess watch from USA . In a hurry I didn't checked it's battery.Now when I came back to India. I went to 'Prime Watch' at Ambuja mall at Raipur (Vidhanshabha road ).The guy asked me to to pay Rs 300. But it has been less than 2 weeks since I purchased the watch. The date was 5 June 2014 when I went to mall.

handbags peeling
I am writing regarding the peeling off of Guess Handbags-not one but three. I purchased the first one (a white one) in Takashimaya store in Singapore in Jun, 2011. The next two were purchased in a Guess store in an outlet mall near Hong Kong airport. Had I known that the quality would be so pathetic, I would not have purchased the others (I had not started using the first when I bought the others). To be honest, I got tempted by the sale price and am regretting the decision-a big mistake considering that they were not so cheap after all. The cheap unbranded bags that I have bought have served me far better. I feel miserable to see my hand-earned money go waste. The bags started peeling after only 4-5 times o[censored]se. The white one also started looking discoloured almost immediately.
I have also seen similar customers by other customers. Is Guess listening?

On recommendation of my sister who has been buying guess jeans for years, I bought my first one about three months ago at Edgars, east rand mall, Boksburg, South Africa. After just one wash a small hole was visible on the upper left outer leg of the jean. I wash it myself and it has not been hooked or anything like that. The hole has just got bigger and bigger and another one is forming in the seam. The fabric is much thinner in that area than the rest of the jean. I am very disappointed. Please let me know what I can do.

Jeans Torn after 3 months
Bought a pair of Guess Jeans at Edgars South Africa and after 3 months I pulled the Jeans up and it tears. This is not an example of good quality, surely the product should last longer ?watch sold at less price in other dealers store

the color of the watch chain faded within 20 days of purchase

Hi I had bought a guess watch from a multiplex mall in Chandigarh India. Now after 20 days its color started fading, no scratch or wear tear it just fade away. So I got back to the shop from i bought my watch, they took it and sent it for repair. After 15 days it came back with even more faded strap and uneven sized chain parts. I refused to accept the watch which is now in it worst condition and gave them for replacement, now again after few days the words came GUESS refused to replace the watch because of wear and tear, which in true ways is done by them .
My experience
1 Bad product which gets fades within a month
2 For such a bad service to its customers
Disappointed from guess product quality and service.

Poor quality of handbags

I bought a guess purse from Dubai mall at Dubai on May 2013 and that time it was anew arrived purse. I paid RS 7000.00 for the same but in just 2 month and with two use only the leather is peeling out. Just shame on your products. Now a days there are many companies in the market offering life time guarentee. Your company should also replace these tripe of stuff.
If it will not solve I will lounge a complain in court.

I bought Guess watch (Celestial I90192L1). With in very short time span its condition become worst all stones in the watch started falling off and currently total 9 stones has been lost from the watch.
I am thoroughly annoyed by the quality level of Guess products. for me i have wasted my money (Rs 10, 000) in buying product for such a brand.

rend shoe and uninterested customer service
One month ago, I buy a pair of guess shoe from catania, Sicilia from Etnea street. I turn back to Turkey and wear 3 times. Unfortunately the shoe is rend. The name of my shoe was Brigitte Glitter Sneaker belongs to this season. I contact with Guess, they asked me the details and I replied, then they didnt care, didnt respond to my e-mails. I paid 110 € just 1, 5 month ago. This is my 10th guess shoe and first time I see this. I send several pictures of my shoes for several times and they are uninterested. I lost my 110€ and nobody response. I want my money.

Watch of poor quality

This is to inform you that i had purchased guess watch I11065L1 Glow on 21/8/2012...and its very sad to inform you that the diamonds of the watches fell in 3 months....i took the watch to the same place from where i bought, Shoppers Stop, Andheri, Mumbai..and it took me almost a month to get my watch back, you can check with the same shop to confirm....again after two months more diamonds fell and now i have lost 3 diamonds of my watch...i dont know whats happening...even the strap of the watch is become so dull, it has lost its golden color (faded)...when i went for the repair of the diamonds that time i had told him about the strap that time the customer service guy said he cant get them replaced nor he can polish them again.....i believe the money that i have paid is not worth for the watch...now again i will have to go to the shop and leave the watch again for one month there...its very sad to say guess being such a reputed brand sells this kind of watches.... infact next time i will think twice whether to buy a guess watch or no.....I want my watch to be exchanged...i have no time to go everytime with the procedure of repairing.... i want youll to look into the matter and get it rectified as soon as possible.

I purchased several t-shirts at Guess store. The quality was extremely poor as the t-shirts shrunk.I decided to return the t-shirts.The manager from guess asked me to test the t-shirt in store to prove to them it shrunk. So I prove to the store manager that they indeed did.So the manager asked me to produce the receipt. I unfortunately could only find one of the receipts and gave it to him.Now he tells me that they can’t help as they can’t find all my credit card purchases on the system.So I GUESS I’m getting ripped off. And considering that I when to all the trouble to prove that the T-shirts was of poor quality. After checking several websites I found 87 bad complaints about Guess and poor quality. I’m utterly disgusted with the way you addressing my situation as I adhere to what you asked of me.Gone are the days that you take consumers hard earned money for a ride,I’m paying for a product and service and not for you to mess me around,so I giving you the opportunity to correct this problem before the image of Guess becomes any worse because I’m quite sure that there are countless other people out there that have been taken for a ride by guess. Should you not correct the matter, there is something called the consumer protection act whilst I will using every media avenue to expose you for my miscarriage

I received a guess bag as a gift plus minus a year ago. it's a black leather bag but recently i saw that a piece tore through or broke. It almost looks like skin that just got thinner and tore. I do have more than one,so it's not that it's worn through. i just feel the quality is not what it should be, especially for the price.

Refusal to return/exchange
I purchased a dress and jeans at the local Guess store. I decided to return the jeans however the employees were oblivious on how to do a return. They just kept saying we don't do returns. Finally I spoke to a manager who told me we don't give money back. I did not want money back, I just wanted credit back on my credit card. The manager agreed to make a return but was having a lot of trouble giving me credit back on my credit card and kept insisting on giving me a gift card. After approximately one hour they were able to give me credit. The store kept the original receipt and gave me a return receipt. The dress I purchased on the same receipt was a gift however I purchased the wrong size. When she tried to exchange the dress they refused because she did not have the original receipt. She explained that they kept it and they said that they could not return or exchange the dress. The dress had all original tags and although the employees kept the receipt they refused an exchange or return.
It is obvious that the employees need training on returns and customer service. For myself, I refuse to purchase at this store again.

Omg, the same thing just happened to me today! I purchased some jeans and a top during their midnight madness sale after thanksgiving, and unfortunately did not try on the items before purchasing them because it was too hectic inside of the store. I got home and realized that the top was way too big on me, so I went back to the store looking to exchange, but saw nothing else that I wanted. So when I tried to just simply return it, the employee told me that I could not get my money back for the item, and that they would have to give me store credit, regardless of me having the original receipt, all tags intact, and my ID with me!
I was told that the back of my receipt explained the stores policy on returns of sale items, but the back of my receipt looked as if their printer had ran out of ink or something, because it did not state that at all! And if that was the case, then how come I was not informed of this policy upon checkout when the employee noticed that she had rung up sale items on my order!?! I just really do not get why a store would refuse to give you a refund of your money when you have the original receipt and everything intact! It just really blows my mind that this is their tactic of trying to get more business by refusing to give you your money back, and instead only giving store credit as if they expect you to shop there again after a ridiculous policy like this!
I seldomly even shop at Guess, and this shopping trip was just for the great deals that they had advertised for that night, and I doubt that I will even use the gift card anytime soon in the near future because there is nothing else in their store that really caught my attention, and most all of their merchandise is way too overpriced anyways! I am a guess employee and in response to what the second person wrote... at the checkout counter there is a disclaimer where you can see what the Guess policy is on returns/exchanges as well as on the back of the receipt you received. I highly doubt that the 'printer ran out of ink' and that is why you couldn't see what it said because the paper we use for receipts comes straight from a manufacturer and already has the policy printed on it. Because it was a sale item they can't give you your money back, they can only exchange it for something else or give you store credit.
In your case I'll have to say it's your own fault for not reading what the policy was. At the end of the day we are just employees working for a company. It's not our fault that you don't agree with the policy Guess has, we just work there. Some people really have to keep that in mind, especially when they start being completely rude. discoloured hands
I purchased a guess handbag from a myer department store in Australia it is black with silver handles and a silver chain, within 2 weeks o[censored]sing my bag the handles have changed colour on the underside of the handle, I took it back to myer and was told I had to live with it as the change of colour was due to the acids coming out of my hands I am not happy with this result and the bag does not look the same it certainly is not a good advertisement for a guess handbag.

Faulty Watch, Bad Service
A friend gifted me a Guess watch that has crystals in it. It was nice and pretty but in about 4 months the crystal on the dial (inside the time piece) fell off that disrupted the functioning of the watch as the crystal objects the movement of the minute and hour hand. I went and complained as had the 2 year guarantee card with the watch but the guys at the store refused to exchange it (whereas Guarantee means they should). They rudely said they'd only repair it.
Having no other choice I let them. Got the watch back but in another 3 - 4 months i faced the same exact problem even though i hardly used it. Guarantee card clearly states 'if there is a workmanship error, it'd be replaced' but yet again the store guys argued to repair it. Is this why we pay more and invest in a brand? I would never buy Guess again. Terrible service and worse customer satsfaction.

Dimond stones on the band of my guess watch fell out within one month. It has been returned for repairs 5 times now and each time I am without the watch for a min of 2weeks. I have only had the watch for 8 months, half of that time has been spent getting it repaired. A total of 7 stones have fallen out. Poor quality of Handbag
In February this year, i bought a ladies handbag worth Rs.6000 from Guess showroom in Select Citywalk, Saket, New Delhi. Its been just two and half months and i have hardly used that bag. The leather from its handle has started coming out from all sides. It seems i have bought a local bag and not the original Guess. The phone numbers of that showroom are not working

i too have bought a suit fabric from zardozi, that was earlier in south ex.. n after the first wash the color went away.. i could not expect such thing from a brand...

Guess Handbag — Poor Quality
I bought a Handbag from a Guess Franchise store in Menlyn - Pretoria. The stiching on the strap has given up. Now I am left with a bag with without a handle. I am quite shocked & outraged by this poor level of quality from such a well established fashion house. I recently bought a Guess bag only to find that within a few months the handle began to fray and a few stitches ripped open.The store I purchased it from refused to credit or exchange it.It would be great for a Guess representative assist us ardent Guess fans - but with no assistance it will be a distant love for the brand.
There handbags are horrible, the handles lose the insert on the side, and the inside is not sewen properly.
I bought my handbag for over 100.00 and it is useless after 2 months. They need to stand by their product. Unfortuneately I thought it would be a great bag so threw out the sales slip. Hold on to your bill!

I bought a handbag from GUESS at Amby mall, Gurgaon. Started using it after a couple of months. On the second dayitself, the leather started melting away in patches. Spent 9000 bucks. Threw the bill. The outlet guys were so rude but eventually agreed that the bag was from their outlet. But will change it only on producing bill. Can anyone help with the customer care??
In December 2010 I bought a bag from Guess showroom in PONCE Puerto RICO. Its been just 3 months and i have hardly used that bag. The leather from its handle and the bag itself has started coming out from all sides. I had other Guess bags but never had this problem. I live in Aruba so for me its impossible to claim it in PR where I was on vacation. I really hope Guess will refund me for the since I paid $160. for a useless bag. Where else can I complain? i bought a guess hand bag and in only 10 uses i could see the cracks on handles and peels on the zip . went to the branch where i bought it from, the staff was very unfriendly and stated she will send to the head office for repair and it should come back in 4weeks.
i paid over $250.00 for this guess bag and i had problems in a short time and i use a bag which only cost me $30.00 and is still in use for 4yrs. i am very disapponited wth the guess brand stuff . Not worth paying money for brand name stuff .
Guess company should look in to this complaints and improve their products.And teach their store staff to be polite to customers, in sydney.
