Sir, In this chilling cold, not even a single wondow is getting locked as almost all window lock is brocken or not working. Jamnagar maintenance dept is so bogus that even a window is broken at seat no 1&2 not even changed for monhs together.please do a needful strict action so that we can expect minimum maintence like this.

Dear Sir

Just few days back i have visited Nizampura Vadodara bus stand to drop my family member at bus depot. I have observed some of the problems at the depot , which can create the serious problems with the passenger's safety and health visiting this depot ,

1) So many dogs are moving inside the depot and may have very high chance that they may bite somebody and also have chance to spread disease virus...

i booked ticket on dt.27/03/12

but my account debited rs.262.00 and ticked n ot booked.

i tried to complain depot manager, complaind to mail address but they never replied.
please sir help.
