Ordered 10 kg mangoes online with this company. Payment dine online 646/- but no delivery and the site is closed...

On May 3, 2022 I have placed an order for supply of 10KG mango. The payment, Rs.705.64 has been paid using credit card. I have received a confirmation of the order also in my mail.

As per their terms. the delivery time is 24 hours and I have not recd the items till this time (5th May 2022). There is no reply for the email. No contact numbers are available at their site.

What I should do now? can we...

Ordered on 3rd may, delivery charges of INR 99 for delivery in 24 hours
but not received yet. No way to contact, seems a fake site.

Today I purchased 10 kg mango through HASTIWORLD. But one video showing this is a totally fake and cheated to person . He always advertised on Google.
Please look into matter and do the needful full.
