I try to contact customer care to lodge a complaint about a faulty desktop ( HCL make).For most of the time customer care no. was busy. Any how, after a long time I could make a call, but I remained on Hold for 8.5 minutes that your call would be through when the Executive will be free and after that there was no responce from other side.
