HCL-Desktop — Non availability of customer care for a long time

I try to contact customer care to lodge a complaint about a faulty desktop ( HCL make).For most of the time customer care no. was busy. Any how, after a long time I could make a call, but I remained on Hold for 8.5 minutes that your call would be through when the Executive will be free and after that there was no responce from other side. I again try to make a call but all in vain.All the time no. was busy. Why not to increase the no. of Executives in day time as per the Load.

I am Depak Alave i have purchase HCL Desktop computer. i could not contact to the hcl customercare. My computer's C drive space is very less. it get always full (Red line indicator) and getting slow. kindly advice me My Ph. no. [protected]. Mail ID : [protected]@yahoo.com

I did a complaint on 31/08/2011, but more then 3 days have gone but no one came for repair my desktop. company says that complaints will be rectified with in 24 hours. my complaint number is[protected].hcl's service is very poor.
