Unnecessary deduction of money from my bank accou

To close hdfc bank saving account

Hi
I have not used the hdfc bank savings account number *******3831 anymore for a long time. Request to close my account number.
I am not able to come to the bank. Please accept my request to close my savings account.

Amount debited saying INTER BRN CASH CHG INCL GST

Hi Team,

Rupes 687 two times debited from my account on 9tth Dec'25 & 15th Dec'25 without any confirmation debited. I am very struggling for simply debited the amount from my account.
and i have not yet received any notification details and prior information from the HDFC bank Hosur branch.
Could you Please review and clarify the details and return the amount asap.

Another netbanking session is active

HDFC is stupid and so are many banks like SBi, etc. when using basic Web technologies to provide simple functions like accessing our accounts - I'm not sending spacecraft to Mars, stupid.. Web technology has been around for over 30 years now and the callous behavior of our arrogant banks like HDFC, continue to frustrate and deny our basic services.

Cheque Clearing

My husband had deposited a cheque of Rs.50000 in my HDFC bank account on 09.10.2025 in Madurdaha Branch in Kolkata. Still now the amount is not created to my account. Gold Loan not linked with Savings Account

I had applied for an HDFC Gold Loan under application reference number[protected] on July 22nd, 2025. Later on, the same day, the gold loan was approved under application number [protected] and the same was disbursed in my HDFC salary account ending with 6754.
The concerned person told me that in the next 2-3 days, I will be able to see my loan account linked with my salary account and the monthly interest payment will be auto debited...

I am complaining about money deduction without information and its too high

I have a salary account with hdfc bank. I have LIC with auto-pay option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 and 649 is deducted from my account and now my balance is too low, I do multiple tractions here and there so the frequency of transactions are high and i dont check my balance regularly.

I am getting daily or mostly one call in 2 days
I have informed the team not to call for any loan and OD and credit cards.
It is causing the issue to my mental health, and I am not able receive important call.
I have kept my phone in silent mode and missing calls from my mother.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Negative balance

    In 2024 I used to work in 24/7.ai so I had to create a new salary account then later after few months I left the company and then after some time I saw tht the hdfc account isn't closed.
