I had purchased a Clothes line dryer (ceiling model with pulley system ) from home town Noida Sec 38A on 16 Jan 12. The set was not complete as I was told that the firm rep will come with the remaining items & install the same for which I would have to pay an additional Rs 600/-. Home Town Noida, was running a scheme on Diwali and promised to deliver the material in 30 days. Till date no wardrobe has been delivered by them. Other stuff taken from them took 3 months to come in 7 installaments.Such a waste of manpower, logistics and planning and cost of the company. I am fed up now and taking this to my media friends and tell them this is a worst experience for any customer.

I had ordered 3 tables, with 100% payment in advance rom HomeTown NOIDA last week. Home Town promised deliery in 2 days and assembly the next day. Although the furniture delivery came on time, they never sent anyone to ssemble the furniture on the next day. This is despite several assurances that someone will definitely be sent, someone is on the way(!), etc. I had to reschedule my whole day so I could be present when the assembly people...

I purchased the sliding bed from them. its been one month now that Im still waiting for the delivery of the product. I ve made numerous phone calls to them, but to no vain. still i dont know the status of the delivery, and nobdy tells also. I have purchased bed, side stools and a table from the home town on 18/05/09 along with the mattress all costing around Rs. 51023/-.
But to my dissappointment till today i.e. on 02/06/09, i have not received the delivery of the mattress and further the fitter who came today to install the bed was unable to complete his work as the bed was defective with not suffient holes to complete the installation.
