Tata Swach water filter not working. Very little water getting filtered...

I bought my lenovo g50 in july 14. I remember that there was hinge problem. but i didnt think it was that big a deal. but now it is broken internally. and the lid shakes very much. i still have warranty left. so i need you to fix this problem....
