Dear sir
Gud Evening i am pramod kumar mishra from alld.I have a Honda cb Twister byke.& i do accidentol claim on 13/03/2012 and i am waiting for it claim. But not complite my claim till now by your workshop.Your workshop manager Mr.Nadim say again & again that when part is come then byke is complite.And now agin done accident of my byke on 27/04/2012. But no any response now. Realy now i am more hopless.

I met with an accident on 5th,september,2011 and I had taken insurance claim but there is unavilability of spare parts in the showroom's spare part store. The employees are also not giving good response and no efforts have been made yet to repair the bike. Whenever we call them or go to the showroom they just simply give us another date.

Dear Sir,

I submitted a bike in Malwa Honda Agency Okhla Phase II after a moderate accident on 9th April 2011. The Fuel Tank Having a small Dent, Silencer, & some other small parts were to be changed. I m regularly contacting agency as well as Honda Customer Care but still didn’t have any positive response. Agency three times committed seven day to repair the bike but still no progress and Company is not giving any commitment...
