My car clutch broke down at 4, 000 kms and after getting it fixed at the service centre again it got burnt in 4, 000 kms
Vw has refused to honour warranty.
The dealership is refusing Technical evaluation for the car and saying that this will not be covered under warranty even though the issue has come back again....

I own a VW Virtus GT plus DSG. I visited Volkswagen Capital, Okhla, New Delhi on 20th April, Saturday for the second inspection mandated at 7500 kms. Also while I am in service centre resolve the issue and many go back home issue comes again. I’m fed up with this. I think it’s a manufacturing fault. ABS indicator light is ON when we drive the car. Problem could not be resolved. Because Authorized Service station in Vadodara, Automark Motors Pvt Ltd had examined the problem on Date 27th Jan 2024 and advised to replace the ABS sensor of rear left wheel as it is showing faulty in system check software. But, they were not sure about after replacing the sensor, the problem will be resolved. Because, they were not ready to check the problem...

Volkswagen cars are the wrong choice in life soon this company will also leave India due to their fraud behaviour and poor service. The company is advertising 4 years care and additional 2 years extended warranty but when it comes to the reality they are denying the warranty when the vehicle is in warranty period.

I am the owner of VW Taigun(TN99Y0527) and taken this car from Ramani Volkswagen, Coimbatore in January’2023 and it has run for about 7000 KM’s.
