Last sunday tow trucker jumped my car and took my key fob....

Hyundai road side assistance service company Allianz is looting customers in the name of services. They are charging the customer while raising a complaint irrespective of whether the service is done or not. For road side assistance they are saying that technician will visit the location to root cause the trouble in vehicle. However the technician are actually drivers not technicians. They know nothing about basic trouble shoot of the vehicle....

From 3.30 pm I contact road side assistance and they mentioned prepaid payment and paid whole amount...

Every 30 min i called and asked.
They mentioned as will come asap..
