As mentioned in the above subject j booked a ticket from birur to bangalore yesterday. I got the ticket invoice also, as it is mentioned arrive 30 mins before the bus arrival at boarding point i did the same i arrived 30 mins before only. And they given bus driver contact number i tried to start calling that number but the number is coming switched off. I tried many times but i get the same switched off. A few days back I booked a hotel in Dibrugarh Assam via ibibo group of pvt ltd and I paid online, which was 746 via googlepay. The money got deducted but booking didn't happen. I am attaching a screen shot as well. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to go to the higher authority and complain. Because this is not the first time that ibibo is doing this thing....

Have completed payment of Rs.1468 from redbus website via paytm upi payment on 25 October 2021.And becouse of time change in the bus arrival time i had to cancel the ticket. And the refund was claimed after 5 minutes from the te of booking. But i only received an amount of approximately 650 which was ery inconvenient. I am claiming the full refund of the cancelled tickets....

I booked hotel and my booking id is HTLPCGE55E for 6th feb 2021 through Goibibo app and payment successfully deducted on 3rd feb 2021 of amount Rs 4304/- and again amount of Rs 4302.60/- debited on 4th feb 2021 on the same booking id.
Calling support of Goibibo, but none of them is responding for the same and i am already in very tight situation to handle such fraud that they had done with me.

We booked three tickets through redbus onlinefor the family to travel from tiruchendur to chennai on 27 june 2019 by kpn travels

However on 27 jun 2019, we were called by bus operator and informed that the trip is cancelled due to break down and we were asked to collect refund from redbus

I have raised it to redbus support team via e mail but there is no reply

Please advise how to proceed to...
